Got what it takes to enter for the LVMH Innovation Award 2020 in Paris?
Being one of its activities to support innovation in the luxury sector, the LVMH Group commences the fourth edition of the LVMH Innovation Award (the “Contest”).
LVMH supports and helps startups break into an established industry in order to step up their integration to the benefit of customers and businesses.
The contest provides the necessary to boost startups whose business may be developed within the luxury sector, and to foster their professional development.
Criteria
- LVMH Innovation Award 2020 is open to any legal representative of a company, over the age of 18
- The company must have a track record of corporate clients, projects and use-cases, aimed at developing or has developed a scalable business model, and has the solution to the challenge of Crafting the Customer Experience of Tomorrow (individually a “Candidate” and collectively the “Candidates”).
- The person shall be duly designated to represent the pertinent company towards third parties
Only one application may be registered with regard to a company. In the case of numerous applications linking to the same company, only one application will be considered by the organiser. Meaning the organiser will only accept one application per company. - Nationality or residency is not required for participation
Candidate applications will be analysed and assessed by a panel of experts on the basis of qualitative criteria.
Benefit
The contest winner shall receive the following award
– initiation into the management teams of the related Maisons of the LVMH Group
– presentation to the teams in charge of private equity investments in the LVMH Group
– development of a potential commercial partnership with the LVMH Group, including its maisons
The Contest Winner will be announced on June 12, 2020, during the event and/or in a press release issued by the organiser which will be available on the LVMH’s website, and/or by any other means determined by the organiser.
Timeline
- February 21, 2020, 11:59 pm (Paris time) – Application portal closes
- April 3, 2020 – Application reviews and selection of the Pre-Selected Startups
- June 12, 2020 – Selection of the contest winner and announcement
