DealWoman Investor Readiness Programme opens for Nigerian female founders. Apply now
Applications are now being accepted for the DealWoman Investor Readiness Programme Cohort 2 , a specially designed programme for women-led startups who are willing to expand their companies, putting them in a position to succeed in cutthroat markets and gain access to new sources of funding.
Established in 2019, and based in Lagos Nigeria, DealRoom Nigeria offers curated access to venture capital by presenting businesses that are ready for investment to an expanding network of investors, including high-net-worth individuals and venture capitalists.
Due to their low exposure and credibility, many Nigerian startups and SMEs still struggle to win over investors. DealRoom intervenes to solve this problem by carefully screening companies and presenting those enterprises with high potential and readiness for investment.
With 200 investors in the DealRoom and over 1000 companies in our database, the platform is drawing interest from both domestic and foreign investors as Nigeria maintains its position as Africa’s largest economy. In cohort one, real investors made real checks to 15 finalists after they presented their business to them.
