The AWS Impact Bootcamps 2025 is designed for early-stage startups led by underrepresented founders, the intensive two-day bootcamps combine hands-on technical training, customised business strategy sessions, and expert mentorship to help refine your business model, accelerate growth, and open doors to global markets.
Programmes like AWS Impact Bootcamps 2025 don’t just provide resources they can reshape a founder’s entire growth trajectory. Alumni of similar AWS and Techstars programs have gone on to secure major funding rounds, expand into new markets, and build global partnerships. For underrepresented founders, this type of concentrated, high-touch support can be the catalyst to break into spaces traditionally closed off.
In 2022, AWS pledged $30 million to expand opportunities for Black, women, Latino, Indigenous, and disabled founders and the AWS Impact Bootcamps are a direct extension of that promise. Who can apply
The AWS Impact Bootcamps 2025 are built for early-stage founders from underrepresented backgrounds or founders actively representing those groups. To be eligible, you must:
- Run a startup that is self-funded, angel-backed, or at Series A
- Show a clear need for cloud technology
- Be ready to scale or prepare for your next fundraising round
- Commit to in-person participation in one of the launch cities: Atlanta, New York, Mexico City, London,

Go to the AWS Impact Bootcamps page on the AWS Startups website and review the eligibility requirements to make sure your startup qualifies. Choose your preferred bootcamp location from the available cities and complete and submit the online application form with details about your team and growth plans. Apply early, Spaces are limited, and each location has a separate deadline.
