To train and support Nigerian small, medium-size businesses and scaling startups, Forbes8 launches Nigeria’s first digital startup accelerator programme.
Forbes8 — a Netflix for entrepreneurs community — provides startup owners access to its top business mogul community. It looks to show small and medium enterprises how to succeed and thrive as a business pioneer.
The platform was launched in 2019 by its parent company, Forbes Magazine — a source for reliable news and financial information.
Nigeria’s first digital startup accelerator programme is hosted by Forbes8, powered by the Global Startup Ecosystem and it’s open to small businesses, startups, and freelancers.
This free virtual accelerator programme aims to support business resilience during this COVID-19 pandemic. The programme is free, no founder will reportedly be asked for equity and there’s no obligation.
The Forbes8 accelerator programme will welcome 100 top companies from Nigeria.
Startups can apply for admission to the Forbes8 digital accelerator programme on a rolling basis between May 5 – May 26, 2020.
