On Thursday, June 14, 2018, Identity Tech — a customer experience company empowering businesses in Africa to be customer obsessed — organised a Security and Customer Experience Breakfast Chat themed: “The Convergence of Physical and Digital Security Management in the Corporate Environment”.
According to Identity.tech team, the event was organised to further meet the increasing demand of the workplace’s physical and digital security even as it pertains to excellent customer experience.

Breakfast Chat, which gathered industry leaders in IT Security and Customer Experience from Telecoms and Banking Industry had two major speakers — Sunday Ngegu, Senior Manager National Security at MTN and Folarin Lewu, Team Lead, Continuous Improvement at FCMB who both enlightened on corporate security and customer experience respectively.
Together, they shared their experiences, emerging trends, some of the biggest case studies in security and customer experience, and explained best practices in these areas.
The event ended with a demo presentation of Identity Tech’s Visitor Management Solution — a cloud-based software that streamlines the visitor sign-in process and replaces the visitor log book and a networking session for the participants.
