The SHRMLabs’ Better Workplaces Challenge Cup Startup track focuses on WorkplaceTech startups transforming workspaces through a three-round hybrid pitch competition.

To be eligible for the SHRMLabs’ Better Workplaces Challenge Cup the following criteria must be met:
Startup in early stages focusing on workplace technology, HR tech, Future of Work, or Human Capital Services
Must have a management team, a public website, and be a for-profit business
Explain your business plan and provide KPIs for adoption, engagement, and traction
Total outside funding should not exceed $5 million at the time of application
Revenue at the time of application must not exceed $5 million
Solutions must directly improve working conditions, with a wide range of workplace segments accepted.
