Startup Grind Lagos to host ‘Frank Donga’ at June meetup

Startup Grind Lagos is hosting its meetup this June. The guest, Kunle Idowu, popularly known as ‘Frank Donga‘  is a renowned Nigerian comedian, actor and entrepreneur.

He rose to fame through the webseries — The Interview, on NdaniTV– about an unassuming job-seeker for which he was nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy in the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award in 2015. He has gone on to feature in several movies like ‘The Wedding Party’ and its sequel ‘The Wedding Party 2’.

Previously working as a journalist, Kunle, a.k.a ‘Frank Donga‘ is also a a photographer and a filmmaker. He will be sharing his entrepreneurial journey in line with the theme of the month – From Talent to Business: Monetizing your Talent.

The event is held monthly in 250 cities and 100 countries across the world, featuring successful local founders, innovators, educators and investors who share personal stories and lessons learned on the road to building great companies.

In previous editions, Startup Grind Lagos has hosted renowned guests and entrepreneurs like Onyeka Akumah (CEO, FarmCrowdy), Tosin Ajibade (Founder, Olorisupergal), Omobola Johnson (VC and Former ICT Minister) and other celebrated names in the Nigerian entrepreneurial landscape.

Tickets cost ₦1,000 (if purchased online). Payment at the venue costs ₦2,000.
