The Founder Institute (FI), a pre-seed startup accelerator based in Silicon Valley organises cohort programmes to help aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs who are looking to build technology-enabled business solutions that could stand the test of time. Right now, Founder Institute Lagos has opened up application for its Cohort IV programme.

For cohort IV, the Founder Institute Lagos Virtual 2021 pre-seed accelerator programme begins in January 2021. In this cohort, the company says individuals, aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs who have established businesses and teams in the pre-funding stage will have the opportunity to receive constant feedback and regular office hours with mentors, investors, and entrepreneurs in Lagos and also record notable progress in their startup journey using a proven, structured process to get traction and funding that has helped alumni build great products and raised funding. Additionally, they will have access to a pool of network include startup founders, CEOs, and investors from the Founder Institute’s global network of alumni, and more.
“We are excited to be launching the next cohort of founders into the Founder Institute programme in Lagos. We believe that the future of Africa lies in unlocking value-adding entrepreneurship that can create real change and catalyze development across multiple verticals. This is the mission to which we have committed to, and we look forward to working with this new cohort of founders to move the needle northward in that regard,” Ifedy Eze, the Lead Director of the Lagos chapter said.
With chapters across 220 cities around the world, the pre-seed startup accelerator said it has helped over 4,500 portfolio companies raise over $950M in funding, solve big problems, build products people love, recruit amazing teams, and more.
